Jean_teamTeam PJW Pajama Party Workout! A Team PJW Pajama Party Workout Meetup is a great way to get a group together to workout and have some fun. Invite everyone to come in their pajamas and do the Team PJW 5-Minute Pajama workout together. There is something very bonding about everyone showing up in pajamas! 

We recently had our Team PJW Pajama Party Meetup at 3rd Space, which is located in University Heights in San Diego. It was fun to see the variety of pajamas! We played some oldies music and and did the Team PJW Workout. We also demonstrated some ways to make the workout more effective and really had a lot of fun. We even played musical chairs, which was hysterical. Healthy snacks were served and I demonstrated how to make the “sawdust bowl” which is a great breakfast or snack idea. I call it the sawdust bowl because it contains oat bran, which looks like sawdust. I know it doesn’t sound appetizing, but it is really very good and satisfying. All you need is plain yogurt, oat bran, sliced almonds and some fruit. I have several friends that are now hooked on this and I have it almost every day. We also had a healthy party drink. By taking water and adding a little sparkling water and a splash of pomegranate juice, you have a refreshing healthy drink. You can also add a slice of lime which makes it a little more festive.
