Avoiding boredom with workouts is easy when the workout is five minutes! Many people tell me that they get bored doing the same routine all the time. I understand this and that is one of the reasons I developed this workout. Because it is so short, it becomes part of your daily routine, like making your bed or brushing your teeth. Once you begin doing this routine on a daily basis you will memorize it and be able to just get out of bed and do it in five minutes. You can change it up a little, and add to it, but you really don’t have to. It is something you do each day for your health and get on with your day. The routine provides a full-body workout that will tone your entire body. It feels good, is enjoyable, and it is quick and easy.
